They were able to confirm our reservation and checked us in over the phone, which allowed us to continue our sightseeing and not have to worry about it. The bathroom was small but the water was hot. "The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see! "

The mattress and bed frame seem very old, and the old foam mattress topper just makes it worse.
